The property finance specialist is the new president of the Plymouth Law Society

A partner in the Plymouth office of law firm Womble Bond Dickinson held a senior position in a leading legal organisation.

Home finance specialist Craig Moore has been elected president of the Plymouth Law Society.

Leading WBD’s 20-person property team in Plymouth, Mr Moore specializes in all aspects of commercial property work, with a particular focus on property finance.

He regularly acts for a wide variety of lenders, insolvency practitioners, investors, developers, real estate receivers, public agencies, charities, educational institutions, registered suppliers and of business customers.

Founded in 1815, the Plymouth Law Society has worked with a wide range of local law firms, with the aim of providing support and a collective voice to the city’s legal community.

Mr. Moore’s appointment follows the departure of James Walsh from the post, who served as chairman for two years. Mr. Walsh will continue as Treasurer of the Society.
