Texas Panel won’t end malpractice lawsuit against law firm

By Katie Buehler (May 5, 2022, 6:35 p.m. EDT) — A Texas appeals panel ruled Thursday that a Houston law firm cannot end a malpractice lawsuit that accuses her of of misleading a transportation company about the expected settlement amount of a separate wrongful death lawsuit filed against a logistics company it was seeking to buy.
