TUSTIN, Calif., September 26, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Karlin Law Firm has scheduled a press conference at 11:00 a.m. PDT, Wednesday, September 28, 2022when he plans to release court documents and a video filed in Gomez v. Fast Toys Inc., filed in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County of California, Case No. 21SMCV01305, which alleges fraud perpetrated against small business owners on behalf of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by a Miami, Floridaresident Andres Gomez – a serial plaintiff in more than 600 cases on the ADA website. The supplemental request for judgment filed against Gomez in the case alleges that Gomez falsely claims that he needs special software to access websites. The special software he claims to need was designed to help blind people access information on websites by reading the information on the website aloud.

The Karlin law firm prevailed on behalf of 17 California companies, winning the dismissal of 17 different lawsuits filed by Gomez. In addition to sharing documents and a video filed with the court, the firm anticipates that homeowners victimized by its lawsuits will be available for questions at Wednesday’s press conference.

In the supplemental request for judgment filed with the court, the law firm seeks judgment against Gomez, requiring him to reimburse his client, Fast Toys Club of Los Angeles $8,512 for the legal costs incurred by the club in defending the case. Fast Toys Club puts customers in super-powerful racing cars for the first time California racetracks. In his lawsuit, Mr Gomez alleged that he wanted to use the club’s services, but claimed that the club’s website did not work well with the screen-reading software he said he had to use due to his blindness.
