The Pioneering Chairman of the Public Interest and Development Law Section (NBA-SPIDEL) of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Chief Joe-Kyari Gadzama (SAN), has commended Egbe Amofin O’odua for have demonstrated “an unwavering commitment to the protection and well-being of your members.
In his goodwill message to congratulate the Yoruba lawyers association, Gadzama, who is chairman of the mentoring committee of the councilors corps for young lawyers, noted that the unity of the group is exemplary and encouraged them to maintain it. .
“As an association, you have consistently displayed an unwavering commitment to the protection and well-being of your members. Your fiery society and unity as a body is indeed exemplary and I encourage you to maintain it.
“I urge you all to participate effectively, to fertilize ideas while addressing issues that affect your distinguished members by contributing your quota to the promotion and development of your association and legal practice,” he charged.
Meanwhile, Gadzama received the Sir Ahmadu Bello Sardauna Sokoto Platinum Leadership Award from the Northern Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN).
The award was in recognition of his immense contribution to youth leadership and development.
NYCN said Scholarly Silk has distinguished himself as a philanthropist and legal practitioner dedicated to advancing the legal profession.
He was also recognized for his selfless service.
The Council also awarded Gadzama the Medal of Honor as “Jarman Matassan Arewa (Icon and Cynosure of Judicial Transformation).
